Kevin Hart Says He’s ‘Happy & Secure’ In His Career While Responding To Katt Williams Accusing Him Of Stealing Movie Roles: ‘God Bless Him’
Looks like Kevin Hart isn’t paying much attention to harsh comments made by his colleague Katt Williams.
During a recent interview, the “Ride Along” star simply wished Williams well in response to his fellow jokester criticizing his career.

After being asked his thoughts about allegations Katt Willians, 52, made against him while talking with Shannon Sharpe at the start of the year, Kevin Hart, 44, stated:
“It’s entertainment…If that’s what he fuels himself off, God bless him. Good for him. I hope he gets all that he needs and he wants, and I’m here cheering for him from afar.”

He added:
“That’s my real energy. I really mean it!…That’s how happy and secure I am with my career and my life.”
While Hart had nothing further to say on the matter, Williams certainly had plenty to say when he had the opportunity. If you recall, the “Friday After Next” star had a mouthful of criticism for several of his fellow comedians during his Club Shay Shay appearance, specifically accusing Hart of not having “organic” success and poaching movie roles. Williams stated during the interview:
“For a five year period, every single movie that Kevin Hart did was a movie that had been on my desk that all I had said was ‘Just can we take some of this step and fetching s— out and then I can do it?'”
Going on to claim that Hart would then take on movie projects in the middle of his negotiating revisions, Williams continued:
“And me saying that and them going ‘oh yeah, no problem’ and then going to give it to this other guy and having him do it just like it was and acting like I’m a bad person because I keep standing on my standards…It’s interesting, but I wouldn’t change it for the world – again, I’m on the winning side of these decisions.”
Unfortunately, Williams’ animosity towards Hart started long before his sit down with Sharpe. The two have been at odds with one another for pretty much the entirety of Hart’s career, as Williams has never been shy about criticizing what seems like “quick success” regarding Hart and other newer (now experienced) comics like Tiffany Haddish.

At this time, it does not seem that Williams has commented further on the matter.
