Flau’jae Johnson’s Brother Charged w/ Assault & Battery For Reportedly Injuring Bystander As He Jumped Onto Court Amid Heated SEC Championship Game

Trayron Milton, the brother of LSU Tigers player Flau’jae Johnson, is facing some consequences following an on-court scuffle that broke out toward the end of his sister’s most recent game.

On Sunday (March 10), a heated confrontation unfolded in the final moments of the fourth quarter during the SEC women’s basketball championship game between South Carolina and LSU. Shortly after the brawl started, Trayron Milton, 24, leaped over the scorer’s table and onto the court as referees tried to break things up.

It’s believed that Trayron Milton was trying to help his famous sister out as she was seemingly pushed onto the ground by South Carolina player Kamilla Cardoso. The push came after the “4 Your Love” rapper appeared to do a little shoving of her own, seemingly making harsh contact with her SC opponent Ashlyn Watkins after losing the ball to Milaysia Fulwiley.

Whatever his reason for jumping on the court was, Milton was quickly detained by authorities and removed from the arena. It’s reported that as he jumped over the scorer’s table Milton injured an SEC employee by pushing her head down and stepping on her shoulders. He was later charged with third-degree assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

After the game, South Carolina’s head coach Dawn Staley made it a point to inform everyone that Flau’jae Johnson had apologized for the altercation.

Coach Dawn Staley said,

“She just apologized and said she’s not that type of player.”

She continued,

“And I really appreciate that, that’s just something that somebody won’t ever hear if I didn’t say anything. And she’s not, she’s a really good person. Things just got escalated. I’ll take responsibility for what happened from our side of it.”

As for Trayron Milton, many have started to flood his Instagram page to express their thoughts on his actions.

One IG user stated,

“U putting urself in a girl fight.”

Another person added,

“He has no class”

Someone else wrote,

“My boy cleared that table to mfn quick bout his sister he was wrong but he was right too!”

At this time, Trayron Milton is reportedly still believed to be in police custody.
