Jeezy Asks Court To Toss Out Mediated Agreement w/ Jeannie Mai Amid Custody Battle, Says She’s ‘Weaponizing’ Their Daughter To Make Him Give In To Her ‘Unrealistic & Erratic Demands’

Jeezy has made another move in court amid his ongoing divorce with Jeannie Mai.

The rapper and author, 46, filed a motion for the court to toss out or change their “Mediated Agreement on Temporary issues between the estranged couple,” accusing Jeannie Mai, 45, of not holding up her end of the deal concerning their 2-year-old daughter, Monaco. In court docs obtained by The Blast, he claimed that he and Jeannie Mai had reached an agreement for a schedule for their toddler, who lived with them until the former The Real co-host, “suddenly vacated the marital residence” in October.

Jeezy alleged that since then, Monaco has been with Jeannie Mai. He accused his estranged wife of using their child as a pawn as they navigate their split. His attorneys wrote in court docs,

“Unfortunately, the Respondent is weaponizing Petitioner’s love for the parties’ minor child against him in hope that he will concede to Respondent’s unrealistic and erratic demands.”

Jeezy, who asked the court for equal custody of Monaco last month, also responded to Jeannie’s claims that he was physically abusive. theJasmineBRAND exclusively reported last month that Jeannie alleged in court documents that Jeezy pushed her down the stairs. She provided photo evidence of her injuries, however, Jeezy responded with his own evidence, alleging that she actually was hurt in a golf cart accident. He said he was injured in the incident as well.

Jeezy and Jeannie were married for just over two years before he filed for divorce in September 2023, stating that their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
