Sexyy Red Reportedly Released From Jail Following Airport Altercation + Has Cozy Meet Up w/ Chief Keef

According to reports, rapper Sexyy Red spent some time in jail over the weekend following an altercation at Newark airport.

Sources mentioned by blogger Ken Barbie stated that,

“This was due to an altercation where an individual took a photo of Sexyy and her bodyguard without permission.”

After the incident, the 26-year-old rapper was released and took to her Instagram story to give her followers an update.

She stated,

“Good morning, I just got out!”

 

In the video, she also jokingly scolded her entire entourage for arriving late to pick her up.

The Get It Sexyy rapper could be seen holding a plastic bag containing belongings seemingly confiscated during her reported stint in jail.

Sexyy Red also addressed the altercation in a separate Instagram story, stating that she would replace the phone of whoever was involved.

The altercation followed a brief meetup with rapper Chief Keef, during which the two were spotted on Instagram appearing rather cozy.

Chief Keef’s arms can be seen wrapped around Sexyy Red’s neck as she playfully pokes her tongue out toward his face.

Chief Keef, 28, captioned the post, saying,

“Sexy and the Beast”

Sexyy Red responded in the comments, stating,

“Bae I loveeeee youuuuuuuu you my everythingggggggg.”

Despite the intimate photos, the two later clarified that they were just friends.

Sexyy said,

“This my favorite brother, we go way back … This is what we do. This is how we play.”
