DDG Threatens Internet Users Leaving Negative Comments About His Son’s Appearance: ‘I’ll Kill You In Real Life’

YouTube star and rapper DDG is fed up with the negativity on social media.

The internet personality warned those “talking crazy” about the appearance of the son he shares with actress Halle Bailey to “keep it on the internet,” and admitted that people sometimes get under his skin.

DDG, real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., 26, opened up about the matter in a new vlog posted to his YouTube channel yesterday (July 3rd). The 26-year-old discussed the decision he made with girlfriend Halle Bailey, 24, to show their son Halo’s face to the public after keeping it private for six months, sharing they just felt “it was time.”

Elsewhere in the video, DDG addressed mean-spirited remarks some social media users made about his son’s appearance, stating:

“I seen a few poor, broke, dirty fat, back b*tches, on Instagram talking about my son and it just – it just makes me so angry and mad.”

He continued:

“But then I have to realize that my son is richer than them and he has a more successful life. He’s in Italy at 6 months, he’s been across the world already and only been living for 6 months; and they’re broke, poor, can barely eat, probably on welfare and they’re grown probably living with their momma”

DDG went on to clarify that if he happened to describe anyone who wasn’t talking about his child then he meant no harm. To the ones he is speaking to, however, he warned:

“Make sure you keep that on the internet. Cause I’ll kill you in real life.”

As you may recall, DDG and Halle Bailey quietly welcomed their son in December of last year following months of speculation that The Little Mermaid star was pregnant. The couple have been dating since early 2022 and went to get matching tattoos in honor of their son on Mother’s Day.
