WWE Alum Nikki Garcia Makes First Public Appearance After Husband Is Arrested For Domestic Violence

Nikki Garcia is returning to her regularly scheduled program following her husband’s recent DV arrest.

The former WWE star recently took the stage at Netflix’s live hotdog eating contest days after her husband, Dancing with the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev, 42, was arrested in Napa, California for domestic violence. To date, the name of Artem Chigvintsev’s alleged victim has yet to be officially disclosed. However, more details of the incident have surfaced, causing many to strongly believe he harmed his wife, Nikki Garcia, 40.

Reportedly, the professional dancer was the one who called 911 for help the day everything went down. However, he soon called back, telling dispatch that assistance wasn’t needed after all. Police still arrived on the scene, and, per reports, saw visible injuries on the alleged victim. Artem Chigvintsev was arrested for felony corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was later released on a $25,000 bond.

Prior to Nikki Garcia’s first work-related public appearance after her husband’s arrest, paparazzi captured her without her wedding ring while catching a private flight out of Oakland. Insiders shared TMZ that friends close to Artem and Nikki aren’t shocked by the DV news as things between them have been volatile for years.
