Diddy’s Legal Team Reportedly Attempts To Get Him Released Again
As the old saying goes, “If at first you don’t succeed try, try again.”
According to legal documents shared by legal affairs journalist, Meghann Cuniff, lawyers representing Sean “Diddy” Combs have filed a notice of appeal regarding Judge Andrew Carter’s order denying the record executive’s release request.

This marks the third time Diddy’s attorneys have tried to get him released on bail following his arrest on September 16. He’s being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Diddy pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
No word yet on whether the third time will be a charm for the music mogul.
