Vice President Kamala Harris will give an address at Howard University later today after losing the presidential election.
Reports state the government official will take the stage in Washington at 4 pm EST, and is expected to concede to her opponent Donald Trump, who was announced as the winner of this term’s presidential election.

Harris supporters thought they would get the chance to hear her speak yesterday, but considering election results weren’t officially announced until early this morning, the speech at her alma mater was delayed.
