Stephen A. Smith is sounding off on the r@pe allegations against Jay-Z, making it clear he doesn’t believe they’re true.

Jay-Z was named in a civil lawsuit earlier this week, with a woman alleging he and Sean “Diddy” Combs s*xually ass@ulted her in 2000 when she was 13.
