Professional Boxer Claressa Shields Shares Why She Prefers ‘Nice Guys’ Over ‘Bad Boys’
Claressa Shields is getting candid about her preference for “nice guys” over “bad boys.”
The professional boxer appeared on Way Up With Angela Yee and opened up about how a man’s kindness allows her to soften up:
“I love a nice guy. I’m already too mean… and the nicer a man is to me, the softer I can be.”

However, Claressa shared that not all men make it easy to keep her guard down:
“For me, as soon as a guy is mean to me—and I’ve only been nice to them—it makes it hard for me to go back to being nice. Now I have to have my shield up, and I have to protect myself from being hurt.”
What about y’all? Do you prefer nice guys or bad boys?
