Tupac’s Alleged K*ller Keefe D Seeks To Dismiss Charges, Cites 27-Year Delay In Prosecution
Keefe D, the man accused of orchestrating Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder, is making a new attempt to have his charges dismissed.
Keefe’s attorney, Carl E.G. Arnold, recently filed a motion in Nevada District Court, alleging that his client’s constitutional rights were violated due to a 27-year delay in prosecution, lack of evidence, deceased witnesses, and broken immunity agreements. The motion states,
“The State of Nevada has unjustifiably delayed prosecution, resulting in irreparable harm to Keefe D’s ability to defend himself.”

Keefe D, who admitted in his 2019 memoir Compton Street Legend to being in the Cadillac during the shooting, claimed his late nephew Orlando Anderson was the gunman. Anderson died in a gang-related shooting two years after Tupac’s death.
Keefe D remains in custody at the Clark County Detention Center without bail.
