Bryce Watts Hansen, wife of former NFL player Chad Hansen, debunked misconceptions about NFL WAGs’ finances, sharing their challenges.

“We’re not millionaires,” Bryce Watts Hansen explained on TikTok, noting Chad Hansen’s career spanned eight teams and involved frequent relocations, multiple rents, and high costs. “You’re a professional mover,” she joked. Contracts were inconsistent, she added. “He signed, then got nothing months later.”

Health expenses, storage fees, and non-guaranteed contracts added strain. Bryce Watts Hanse praised Chad Hansen’s financial prudence, choosing investments over luxury.

“It helped us long-term.” She clarified, “NFL tickets aren’t free.” Despite struggles, she acknowledged they were “blessed” but emphasized the need for honest conversations.
