Megan Thee Stallion’s Former Photographer Claims Her ‘Hypersexualized & Graphic Lyrics’ Fueled Alleged Harassment & Discrimination
Megan Thee Stallion’s former photographer, Emilio Garcia, has updated his lawsuit accusing her of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation during his time working for the rapper. He claims her “hypersexualized and graphic lyrics” influenced her behavior in the workplace.

Legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff reported on the 54-page amended filing, which alleges that Megan, whose real name is Megan Pete, created a hostile work environment.
Garcia’s updated suit includes 10 new claims, stating that Megan’s lyrics impacted her actions. He cites incidents like a trip to Ibiza, where he says Megan engaged in explicit acts in his presence, and alleges that she shamed him for eating while she was dieting. Garcia also believes that Megan’s song “Best Friends” references the Ibiza incident.

Garcia originally sued Megan over wage disputes, claiming he was misclassified as an independent contractor instead of a full-time employee. The updated suit includes allegations tied to a 2022 strip club visit and other alleged hostile workplace behaviors.
Megan’s legal team has denied the claims, calling them sensationalized and irrelevant to the case. They argue that the amended employment lawsuit aims to garner media attention rather than address legitimate legal grievances. Her attorneys also assert that citing her lyrics violates California’s anti-SLAPP laws, which protect artistic expression.
