Businessman Maverick Carter Reportedly Advising Investment Group Creating Basketball League To Rival NBA
Maverick Carter, LeBron James’ business partner, is reportedly advising a group of investors looking to raise $5 billion to create an international basketball league that could rival the NBA.
The league would feature six men’s and six women’s teams playing in eight global cities, with a schedule similar to Formula 1 racing.
