Miami Heat’s Jimmy Butler Seemingly Reacts To Indefinite Suspension After Walking Out Of Practice
The Miami Heat have indefinitely suspended star forward Jimmy Butler, sources told ESPN.
This marks his third suspension in recent weeks. Jimmy Butler, who was set to return Monday against the Orlando Magic, reportedly walked out of the morning shootaround upon learning he’d come off the bench.
The Heat cited “detrimental conduct” for Butler’s initial seven-game suspension, followed by a two-game penalty last week for missing a team flight. Jimmy Butler, who has missed nine of Miami’s last 12 games, has requested a trade. The Heat are actively exploring deals ahead of the NBA trade deadline on February 6.
Butler seemingly responded to the news by posting a picture of late Martin actor Tommy Ford, whose character on the sitcom was famously trolled for not having a job.
