TLC Musical ‘CrazySexyCool’ To Debut In 2026, Aiming For Broadway
The TLC story is going from the charts to the stage!
The new jukebox musical CrazySexyCool will premiere at Arena Stage in Washington D.C. in June 2026, with a Broadway run in the works, according to Deadline. Written and directed by Kwame Kwei-Armah, the show tells the “mostly true story” of T-Boz, Left Eye, and Chilli, the Grammy-winning trio behind “Creep,” “Waterfalls,” and “No Scrubs.”

“Bringing this story to the stage is a dream come true,” said T-Boz. “We’ve performed around the world, but theater is a totally new and exciting challenge.”
Chilli added,
“Audiences will get to hear our story, mostly fact with a sprinkle of fiction, told in our own way, and of course it’s set to all your favorite hits.”
The show will run for eight weeks as part of Arena Stage’s 75th Anniversary season. Casting has yet to be announced.
