Pro Boxer Terrence Crawford Reveals He Has Sex Before Every Fight & Says It’s Cool Unless “You’re Out There Being A P*rno Star”
Pro Boxer Terrence Crawford Reveals He Has Sex Before Every Fight
Terrence Crawford is dropping game for young boxers about being intimate before a fight.
While appearing on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, the 37-year-old champ was asked about the age-old boxing belief that an athlete should avoid sex before a fight. As co-host Wallo mentioned, it’s long been rumored that bedroom activity drains a fighter’s legs and their chances in the ring.

But Terrence says for him personally, that isn’t the case. Admitting he has sex before “every fight,” he explained that it really comes down to how you do things. He shared:
“It’s a way you do it… They all ask me, all the younger fighters… The only way it take yo legs is if you out there being a porno star. When you putting in the work — you working your legs.”
He added:
“If you just lay down and you be like ‘man, go on do your thang’ and you bust quick — then you good.”
According to Crawford, it’s the intense sessions, the ones that leave your legs and hips sore, that boxers should avoid. And given his resume, it’s hard to argue with the results.
Crawford has held multiple world titles across four weight classes and made history as one of only three male boxers in the four-belt era to become undisputed champion in two weight classes — and he was the first to do it.
As of 2024, he holds both the WBA and WBO interim light middleweight titles.
