Boxer Terence Crawford Recalls Almost Choking Out Trey Songz After Bet Dispute

Terence Crawford is sharing a wild story about a close encounter with Trey Songz.

While on Club Shay Shay, Crawford recalled almost choking out Trey, saying,

“Trey Songz was just having a moment. I was like ‘Is he serious or is he playing?’… I wasn’t gonna punch him, I was gonna choke him.”

In a previous interview, Crawford explained that the altercation started over a shot-for-shot bet. He claimed that after a few rounds, Trey started “tripping” and said,

“I don’t care if you the world champion.”

Unsure if Trey was serious or drunk, Crawford responded,

“I’m like, ‘Man, I’ll take you in the back and make you cry, make you scream. What is you talking about?’”

50 Cent later confirmed the story, suggesting there was an extra layer to the dispute, and it might have really been over Basketball Wives star Mulan Hernandez.
