Shedeur Sanders — NFL Owners Allegedly Ordered Football Star Off Draft Boards Over ‘Entitled’ Attitude

Shedeur Sanders’ NFL draft slide wasn’t just about his own actions, according to Boomer Esiason.
On Monday’s “Boomer & Gio” show, Esiason claimed some NFL owners ordered Sanders removed from draft boards, calling him “entitled.”
“When you listen to this kid talk…he’s very high on himself, and I think he’s very off-putting to many, many coaches and general managers,” Esiason said.
Shedeur Sanders stirred controversy at the NFL Combine, boasting, “We went from Jackson State to Colorado and changed two programs back-to-back…It’s history. It’s always going to repeat itself.”
Esiason added that Shedeur Sanders’ father, Deion Sanders, “didn’t help” by joking about pulling an “Eli.”
Shedeur eventually went No. 144 overall to the Browns, joining a crowded quarterback room. His draft day was further marred by a prank call. Meanwhile, his brother, Shilo Sanders, went undrafted but later signed with the Buccaneers.
Do you think the NFL teams did Shedeur wrong?
