Diddy Trial Sees Potential Juror Dismissed After Admitting He Can’t Go 8 Weeks Without Marijuana
A potential juror in Diddy’s federal trial told the judge he couldn’t commit to an eight-week break from marijuana.
According to reports, a New York man, who appeared in court for jury selection, admitted that giving up his weed habit during the trial wasn’t realistic. He told the judge that staying off weed would be a major challenge and expressed concern that going cold turkey could mess with his ability to think clearly. That didn’t fly… and he was excused from service.

The goal is to lock in 45 potential jurors by today (May 7), but reports indicate that only 35 are currently in the running.
