Donald Trump, Kamala Harris Show Love To Joe Biden After His Prostate Cancer Diagnosis
Kamala Harris and Donald Trump have both spoken out after former President Joe Biden was diagnosed with an “aggressive form” of prostate cancer.
Kamala Harris, who served as Joe Biden’s Vice President during his recent term, and Donald Trump each released separate statements saying they were “saddened” about the news.
They also sent well wishes, prayers and hopes for his recovery.
On Sunday (May 18), it was announced that Joe Biden had been diagnosed with an “aggressive form” of the disease.
His personal office said in a statement:
“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.”
The statement continued:
“While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management. The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”
