Deion Sanders Tells Son Shilo: ‘Any Man Who Sleeps Past 7 AM Is Not A Man,’ Unless He Works The Night Shift [VIDEO]
Deion Sanders is keeping it all the way real with his son about what he believes defines a man, and apparently, it starts with waking up early.
Coach Prime’s son, Shilo Sanders, recently posted a clip of a phone call with his dad where he pushed back on Deion’s insistence that he’s up and eating breakfast by 7 AM.

But Deion didn’t back down, telling him:
“You’re supposed to get up and start your day. Any man who sleeps after 7 is not a man… you’re a child.”
And then he added a warning for the ladies, saying:
“Obviously, you got nowhere to go and no responsibility. Women, if your man sleeps past 7 AM, leave him… unless he’s on the night shift.”
Some agreed with Deion’s “no excuses” mentality, while others felt he was being a little too hard on men who enjoy their sleep.
What do you think? Is Deion being extra or just preaching accountability?
