Diddy Trial Prosecutors Set To Rest Their Case Tuesday After Homeland Security Testimony
The prosecution’s case against Diddy is wrapping up.
Federal prosecutors said Monday (June 23) they plan to rest their case Tuesday (June 24) once Homeland Security Investigations special agent Joseph Cerciello finishes his testimony.
Cerciello walked the jury through records, including hotel invoices, money transfers, and travel data they believe show Diddy and his associates trafficked his ex-girlfriend, known in court as “Jane.”

Over the course of the trial, the government has called nearly three dozen witnesses and introduced hundreds of exhibits to support their claim that Sean Combs ran a criminal conspiracy that trafficked women and transported prostitutes.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s defense team says they won’t call any witnesses, opting instead to submit evidence without testimony.
