Boxer Gervonta Davis’ Domestic Violence Case Dropped After Victim Declines To Prosecute
Gervonta Davis’ domestic violence case has been dropped.
According to the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, “This case was dropped as the victim is declining to prosecute, per her victim attorney, Lindsey Chase, Esq., and her sentiments were directly confirmed by the Assistant State Attorney handling the prosecution.”

Officials also confirmed that the alleged victim’s mother, who was listed as a witness, “failed to cooperate” despite being subpoenaed.
If you recall, in June, Davis was accused of striking a woman while picking up his children. The woman claimed he hit her in the back of the head, slapped her face, and caused a minor lip injury.
