(EXCLUSIVE) Retired NBA Baller Kenny Anderson Avoids Jail Time, Charged w/ Violating DUI Probation
Ex-NBA star Kenny Anderson has avoided being locked up after he was charged with driving on a suspended license, which was taken from him as part of his sentencing for his 2013 DUI arrest — theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.
Back in 2013, the now 44-year-old retired athlete was arrested for driving under the influence, after Pembroke Pines, Florida police pulled him over after he failed to signal a lane change. Reportedly, he then failed a sobriety test and had a blood alcohol level of .194 – double the legal limit. He was booked in a Broward County, Florida jail and released on $500 bond. Anderson was not sentenced to jail but given probation and had his drivers license suspended.
