Kevin Hart Hit With Lawsuit

Kevin Hart may be heading to court in the near future. The 38-year-old comedian is being sued by a fan named Jay Collins, who claims he was physically attacked by Hart’s personal security. Reportedly, he attended Kevin’s concert in Philadelphia on August 29, 2015. He alleges that he was aggressively,

approached and detained by stadium security.

Collins goes on to say that stadium security took him to Kevin’s personal security. He says Kevin’s security threatened to taze him and then jammed the prongs of the tazer into his face, neck and back. He also alleges that security then threw him to the ground and struck him in the head, neck and shoulders, and kneed his rib cage. On the way out he says they called him,

a b*tch, pus*y, coward.

He’s reportedly suing for more than $50k.
