Wood Harris Caught On Tape Cursing Out Mistress Who Claims He Allegedly Beat Her
Earlier this week, Wood Harris was free of charges after the Philadelphia district attorney refused to move forward with an alleged domestic violence incident that took place in April. After dating Harris for two years, Anya Richardson is the woman who is claiming she was abused by the actor at a hotel room in while his filming “Creed II.” She says Harris invited her, but it was there when things took a turn for the worse.
While in the room, Richardson informed Harris she did not want to have intercourse with him, and in return, he allegedly became violent and began to hit her. The police report claims she was struck in the neck, ribs, and stomach. Eventually, having to go to the hospital to be treated for her injuries. Although the District Attorney’s office has decided to move on due to insufficient evidence of a crime having occurred, Richardson hasn’t. She has taking further legal action against The Wire actor, having her attorney, Alberto Ebanks, release a statement on her behalf, citing his client,
feels there is little choice but to pursue alternative remedies to help protect other women from the threat of assault.
Harris’ team has also released a statement in regards to the incident.
The account by this woman is pure fabrication. Wood was never questioned by the authorities and that should speak to the authenticity of the accusation. No further comment.
This is not the first time Harris has been caught side stepping on his wife. In 2017, another woman, by the name of Stoney Alexander, came forward and making claims the actor had impregnated her, and says they had been dating for seven months before she found out he was married.
