Simone Biles’ Brother Enters Not Guilty Plea To Triple Murder Charges
The brother of Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has pleaded not guilty to triple murder charges. Tevin Biles-Thomas, 24, made the plea during a video chat for his arraignment Friday (Sept. 13).
Tevin, who is being held on a $1 million bond, is accused of murdering three people and injuring two others in Cleveland during a New Year’s Eve party.
He’s been charged with six counts of murder, five counts of felonious assault, three counts of voluntary manslaughter and one count of perjury. He’s also not allowed to have any contact with the survivors.
Both Tevin and Simone, 22, were raised by their grandparents as their mother has had issues with drug abuse.

Simone broke her silence on the charges on Sept. 3.
“My heart aches for everyone involved, especially for the victims and their families. There is nothing that I can say that will heal anyone’s pain, but I do want to express my sincere condolences to everyone affected by this terrible tragedy. I ask everyone to please respect my family’s privacy as we deal with our pain. XO”
