Cardi B To Appear In ‘Fast & Furious 9’, Hangs Out With Vin Diesel On Set

Cardi B is taking her talents to the big screen once again.

And this time, she’ll be a part of one of the longest-running franchises ever. She was posted up with Vin Diesel on the set of Fast & Furious 9 as the cast wrapped their last day of filming in the U.K. It’s not clear what role she’ll play, but Cardi certainly got into character as she rocked a military-like uniform.

Vin Diesel said in the clip,

“Day 86 here on the set of Fast 9. I know I’m exhausted. We gave every single thing we could for this movie, put it all on the table. Put it all out there.”

Cardi chimed in and said,

“I’m tired! But I can’t wait. I ain’t gon’ front I think this gon’ be the best one. I need to take a nappy nap.”

This will be Cardi’s latest role in a movie. She also starred as Diamond in Hustlers along with Jennifer Lopez, Lizzo and KeKe Palmer earlier this year.

Before taking on films and becoming a Grammy-winning rapper, she starred in two seasons of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: New York. 

The new Fast & Furious is the 9th since the franchise first debuted in 2001.
