Bernie Sanders Endorses Joe Biden For President
Bernie Sanders has endorsed Joe Biden just days after dropping out of the presidential race himself.
He said while on a live stream with the Democratic presidential candidate,
“I’m asking every Democrat, I’m asking every independent, I’m asking a lot of Republicans to come together in this campaign to support your candidacy, which I endorse, to make certain that we defeat somebody who I believe, and I’m speaking just for myself, is the most dangerous president in the modern history of this country.”
After Bernie Sanders’ endorsement, Joe Biden is the official nominee for the Democratic party, slated to take on Republican President Donald Trump in the election later this year.

Joe Biden responded to Bernie Sanders’ support and said,
“If I am the nominee, which it looks like now you just made me, I am going to need you, not just to win the campaign, but to govern.”
Bernie Sanders said it’s all about unity.
“It’s no great secret Joe that you and I have our differences, and we are not going to paper them over. That’s real. But I hope that these task forces will come together, utilizing the best minds and people in your campaign and in my campaign, to work out real solutions to these very, very important problems.”
