Nicki Minaj Sued For Over $200 Million By Rapper Brinx Billions, Claims She Stole His Song
Jawara Headley, whose stage name is Brinx Billions, has filed a lawsuit for more than $200 million against Nicki Minaj for her song” Rich Sex.”
He alleges that Nicki Minaj stole the song, which features Lil Wayne.
In his lawsuit, Brinx Billions said he played the song for Nicki Minaj before 2016. She allegedly told him the song would be an international success before she released it in 2018 on her Queen album, but didn’t credit him.
Headley, who says he met Nicki Minaj on MySpace in 2007, claims he’s the only author, creator, composer, writer, and producer of the song and that she allegedly stole lyrics like,
“It ain’t such a thing as broke and handsome.”

He also alleges that the song has similar aspects like notes, the arrangement, beats, and rhythm.
Universal Music Group, Young Money, and Cash Money are named in the lawsuit.
Headley is credited on the song via ASCAP.
