Diddy’s Former Nanny, Who Is Suing For Wrongful Termination, Fears Being Harassed After Court Orders Her To Reveal Her Identity
One ex-employee of music mogul Diddy isn’t happy with the court.
According to a report from Radar Online, the former nanny of Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, who is suing for wrongful termination, believes she’ll be harassed after the court mandated she reveals her identity.

Back in September of last year, the woman – who has gone by Jane Roe – claimed Diddy fired her after she requested maternity leave. The nanny alleged in the lawsuit that she was the niece of the late Kim Porter, who the Bad Boys Records founder shared a few children with, including twins Jessie James and D’Lila.

In the court docs, the woman said she moved into the musician’s home to care for the twin girls following Porter’s death in 2018. However, according to the woman, she was let go in August 2020 due to being pregnant and unmarried, which Diddy allegedly felt set a bad example for his young daughters.
Shortly after the suit was made public, Diddy responded, disparaging the accusations. The “Gotta Move On” artist reportedly claimed he was being extorted, labeling the lawsuit a “meritless shakedown.” A rep for the Grammy-nominated artist eventually revealed the woman did indeed work for Diddy but was not Porter’s niece. Additionally, the entertainer’s camp claimed the job was always understood to be temporary as the girls, now 14, were getting older. A statement released on Diddy’s behalf at the time read:
“Her babysitting services were always intended to be temporary especially since the girls were getting older and spending most of the day at school.”

Reportedly, Diddy asked that the case not move forward until the woman’s identity was released, and the court reportedly agreed. Jane Roe motioned against the request, with her reps reportedly stating the move to expose her identity was only to:
“harass her and invite societal and professional harm to her and her family.”

They reportedly added their client is:
“Desperate to preserve the privacy she had left, terrified of possible physical harm to her and her minor children, and fearful of further victim shaming, blaming, and retaliation.”
However, Roe’s fight against revealing herself was ultimately met with defeat. The amount in damages the woman is seeking remains undisclosed at this time.
