Lil Xan Ordered To Pay Over $27K For Pulling Gun In Tupac Rap Debate

California rapper Lil Xan was ordered to pay more than $27,000 to a man he pulled a gun on several years ago.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled that the 28-year-old, real name Nicholas Diego Leanos, must fork over $27,823.89 in damages and other costs to Anthony Sanchez, stemming from a confrontation the two had back in 2020.

Apparently, Xan and Sanchez were both at a gas station when the latter confronted the rapper about offhand remarks he made about Tupac Shakur.

The report notes that Xan, along with other upcoming rappers at the time, was following a trend of dissing veteran hip-hop stars and going viral on social media.

Video footage of the incident reportedly shows Sanchez calling Xan a “b**ch,” prompting the musician to brandish and point his firearm in Sanchez’s direction.

Sanchez went on to file a legal complaint against Xan, arguing that he feared for his life, which the rapper reportedly failed to respond to resulting in a default judgment.
