Riccardo Tisci, the renowned Italian designer and former creative director of Burberry and Givenchy, faces accusations of drugging and s*xually ass*ulting Patrick Cooper in June 2024 in New York City.
In a filing submitted to the New York Supreme Court, Cooper claims Riccardo Tisci, slipped a drug into his drink at a Harlem restaurant and then assaulted him at Riccardo Tisci’s home.
“These allegations are categorically untrue,” Tisci’s representative stated. “Riccardo looks forward to clearing his name of these false and malicious accusations. He will obtain vindication through due process.”
Cooper recounts meeting Tisci at the restaurant, where his drink was allegedly dr*gged, before being taken to Tisci’s home, where he was assaulted while intoxicated. Cooper later sought medical attention and contacted the police, unable to recall the events. Tisci, known for his collaborations with artists like Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian, left Burberry in 2022 and has since focused on smaller projects.
