Coi Leray Signs w/ Epic Records
Congratulations are in order for Coi Leray!!
The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that she’s inked a deal with Epic Records. In addition to the record deal, Coi Leray is also celebrating her new EP, What Happened to Forever, set to drop at midnight on Feb. 12.
Speaking on her new label, Coi shared with the publication,
“Epic is one of those labels who understands me as an artist and as a person, and I’m super appreciative of that. They support me rather than try to tell me what to do, and that’s all an artist can ask for when it comes to signing with a major label.”

Coi recently made headlines after revealing that fellow rapper Trippie Redd cheated on her during her pregnancy. It seems that she may address what went down between them in her new project. She added during the interview,
“A lot of people don’t understand that us artists go through real situations in life. I’m still healing right? So it’s something I don’t want to speak about, but I guess I can say I let the music speak for me. [The] best way I can vent is through the music.”
Coi previously released music under 1801 Records. However, in November she revealed that she went independent.
