(EXCLUSIVE) Damon Dash’s Ex-Wife Rachel Roy Blasts Music Mogul’s $2.5 Million Dollar Lawsuit
The music mogul accused Rachel of diverting funds – that were to be paid to him – to herself for her own personal gain. He also claimed that his child support payments were to be paid out of the checks he was suppose to receive from the fashion companies, but he said Rachel purposely didn’t pay him his share to then make him default on his child support payments to her, which resulted in him being arrested.
He accuses Rachel of spreading rumors about him and his finances, his personal life that impaired his reputation in the fashion community and even denying him the right to see his children. He demanded $2.5 million dollars for the breach of contract that he claimed his ex committed.
Then on August 20th, Rachel fired back at his ex-husbands $2.5 million dollar lawsuit saying the allegations are a baseless. She explains she NEVER diverted money he was owed from the company and says he has no evidence to back up his claims.
Rachel says that his rants in the lawsuit – such as his claim she ruined his reputation in the fashion community – don’t hold up because he never identified one single party who he had his relationship with damaged. She says she never refused to hand over accounting information regarding their companies and she didn’t breach any contract they both signed.
Rachel is demanding all claims against her be dismissed and Dash be awarded NOTHING from her.
