‘Basketball Wives’ Cast Member Salary Revealed
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports the alleged salary of one of your favorite former Basketball Wives stars have been revealed. We’ve obtained court documents that reveal how much the former reality star, Royce Reed, made while filming the hit VH1 show.
According to docs, for the first season, Royce brought in $5k an episode ($45,000 for the full season). She was later bumped up to $10k per episode for season 2 ($130,000 for the full season). For season 3, she received $15k an episode ($180,000 for the full season) and for the fourth season she was paid $20k an episode ($340,000).
Royce appeared on the show, which chronicles the lives of a group of women who are the wives and girlfriends, or have been romantically linked to, professional basketball players in the NBA, for the first five seasons, when it was filmed in Miami.
Basketball Wives has since launched a Los Angeles-based spinoff, Basketball Wives LA, which premiered in 2011. No word on what the current cast members make.
