Tyrese’s Ex Claims She Needs More Money for Childcare So She Can “Live Life”
Actor/singer Tyrese’s ex-wife Norma Gibson is living her best life, and court documents show that she refuses to go back-and-forth with her ex. Tyrese and Norma have been in a nasty court battle over custody and child support for their 11-year-old daughter, Shayla. Reportedly, Tyrese and Norma’s court documents show that the judge ordered Norma to
“work towards being self-sufficient.”
In other words, he’d like for her to get a job. The documents also show that Norma was asked to reveal why she used seven hours of expensive childcare in August. Her answer for Tyrese‘s attorney was a surprising one:
“Living life.”
She explained:
“I am working. I am working on my book. I am working on my life. I am running errands at home.”

Reportedly, Tyrese’s attorneys are frustrated because his ex isn’t pressed to find a job immediately due to the “Fast and the Furious” star’s money and status. Tyrese recently got remarried, and welcomed a new baby girl with Samantha Lee. We’re hoping they’re able to co-parent more smoothly in the future.
