Blac Chyna’s Court Date For Lawsuit Against Kardashian’s Set for 2020
It looks like reality TV star Blac Chyna will officially see her fair day in court in her lawsuit against the Kardashian family. As we previously reported, last year Chyna (real name Angela White) sued her baby daddy, Rob Kardashian; Rob’s mother, Kris Jenner; and sisters Kim Kardashian-West, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner. She claims the family defamed her name, and interfered with her ability to make money. She defends that they collectively had her spinoff series, “Rob & Chyna,” canceled. Well, Chyna will get to provide evidence that her way of living has been affected at the hands of the Kardashians in a court case. Blac Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, called this “a major victory.”

Walter Mosley, one of Chyna’s attorneys, revealed their upcoming court date. He posted a photo of he and his famous client on Instagram with this caption:
“@waltermosley February 3, 2020 … We’re going to court … White v. Kardashian et al. #staytuned #blacchyna”

The Kardashian family attorney, Shawn Holley, told Page Six that Lisa Bloom’s “victory” declaration was inaccurate. He said:
“The Bloom Firm’s press release is not an accurate statement of what happened in court. In fact, the Kardashians have successfully chipped away at Ms. White’s [Chyna’s] outlandish claims since her lawsuit was filed, culminating in [Wednesday]’s hearing — a hearing at which the Court invited counsel for the Kardashians to seek attorney fees against the Bloom Firm for their failure to support Ms. White’s spurious allegations with actual evidence.”
Whew! The White vs Kardashian drama remains intact – at least until 2020.
