Kehalni & Ty Dolla Meet Their Maker In Robotic Video “Nights Like This”
Kehlani transmitted her new single, “Nights Like This” featuring Ty Dolla $ign to streaming platforms Thursday (Jan. 10) morning, along with the robotic video. The radio-worthy track tells the story of both singers missing their lovers, wanting to reaching out and confess the admiration, but skeptical due to past circumstances.
The California native teased the track on social media earlier this week. Revealing Wednesday (Jan. 9), the video was captured while she was six months pregnant. The singer wrote,
we shot the Nights Like This video when i was 6 months pregnant & swollen from the ankles down. 18 hours on set. y’all gon watch this mf video! for my SEED! and my ANKLES!

While the song offers vibes, the video tells another story. In another tweet, the expecting mother explained what it all meant.
