Investigators say no alcohol or drugs were involved, but excessive speed may have been the cause of the accident. Sources add that Kevin Hart is recovering from emergency back surgery following the accident, and able to walk with a walker. Reportedly, the father of three is expected to be released from a California hospital by the end of the week, followed by months of physical therapy and doctor’s appointments.
