LaLa Anthony & Carmelo Anthony Are Quarantined Together, She Says: It’s Been Smooth Sailing!

Home is where the heart is – and amid stay-at-home orders during the global COVID-19 pandemic, Carmelo and LaLa Anthony are keeping their family in-tact. LaLa Anthony joined Mario Lopez and Kit Hoover on “Access Hollywood Daily,” sharing her living arrangements during the quarantine. She revealed that she and Carmelo Anthony are, in fact, quarantining together. She said:

“I’m on the west coast. I have a bunch of my family with me. My son, obviously, is here. I was in New York, and I just felt like it was time to get out of New York. I was like, ‘This is not the place to quarantine at anymore. It’s time to go!’ So I grabbed some of my nieces, family members, Kiyan- and we came out west to do this quarantine together. Melo- he’s here somewhere.”

LaLa danced around the subject, adding that she’s happy as long as their 13-year-old son, Kiyan, is happy:

“It’s actually been smooth sailing. And to see my son so happy, even in the midst of what’s going on in the world- to me is what’s important and what matters to me. I feel really great about that.”

This is a vast improvement considering the marital issues that Anthony duo has overcome in the last few years. Carmelo and LaLa separated in 2017 amid rumors that he fathered a baby girl with a woman in Chicago while playing for the Bulls.

They reconciled in 2018, but troubles brewed again amid leaked photos of Carmelo on a yacht in close proximity to another woman last summer.
