Michelle Obama Will NOT Run As Joe Biden’s VP: “She Doesn’t Want The Job!” Says Valerie Jarrett
Our dreams of having Michelle Obama in office aren’t coming true after all – at least according to Valerie Jarrett. Presidential nominee Joe Biden committed to tapping a female politician as his Vice-President last month and recently said Michelle Obama would certainly be an option if she tossed her hat in the ring.
“I’d take her in a heartbeat. She’s brilliant. She knows the way around. She is a really fine woman. The Obamas are great friends.”

But, one of President Barack Obama‘s former White House advisors – Valerie Jarrett – doesn’t want America to get its hopes up for a second wave of Obama in the Oval Office. She says:
“Of course he [Joe Biden] would take her. That’s not the question. The question is, is this the way in which she wants to continue her life of service?”
Valerie said that Michelle Obama simply doesn’t want to have a political career of her own:
“The reason why I’m being so unequivocal is that there just simply has never been a time when she’s expressed an interest in running for office. She’s not demurring here. She’s not being hard to get. She doesn’t want the job.”

She continued:
“There is a difference between being a public servant and being a politician, and she has no interest in being a politician. Her husband was interested in being both. She’s only interested in the service component.”
