NBA Player John Wall Apologizes After A Recent Video Of Him Partying In New York Goes Viral
NBA Player John Wall, 30, of the Washington Wizards apologizes after a video of him partying in New York surfaces. In the now viral video, John Wall is seen throwing up gang signs at a party on Saturday night (September 12). He is also seen holding up a red bandana which is historically known for representing the infamous gang ‘Bloods’.

John Wall took to Twitter to issue an apology. He wrote,
“First and foremost I want to apologize to my family, my teammates and all of those that have always supported me. I made a mistake, something I regret. I will continue to work hard to be better on the court and more importantly off the court”.

His tweet garnered mixed opinions from fans. Some fans felt as though the NBA player did not need to apologize while others felt the apology was necessary.


No word yet, if this incident will affect John Wall’s contract with the Washington Wizards. John has two years left on his contract and is set to be paid $44.3 million in 2021-22. He has a player option for $47.4 million the following year.
