Drake Claims The Heart On His Hairline ‘Grew In Weird’ Due To Him Catching COVID-19: It’s Coming Back Don’t Diss
Could the coronavirus be responsible for the less-than-perfect heart on Drake‘s hairline?
Earlier this week, Drake posted an Instagram Story showing him in the studio, but he soon began catching some flack for how his hair looked. Specifically, the well-known heart etched onto Drake‘s hairline–which he’s been rocking for over nine months now–looked less perfect than usual.

Yesterday (Monday, Aug. 16th), an Instagram page devoted to Drake content–@drizzy_drake_vids–reuploaded the screenshot, adding the caption:
“That heart is stressed.”

The page also posted a photo of how the heart on Drake‘s hairline used to look in order to show how “stressed” his new one looks by comparison.

However, Drake stepped into the comment section to try and clear up the situation. He wrote:
“I had Covid that s**t grew in weird I had to start again [insert laughing emoji] it’s coming back don’t diss.”

Drake has not issued further commentary on the matter, and it is unclear whether or not he really had COVID-19.
Drake originally began rocking the heart on his hairline last fall, and it appears to have been done to gear up for his Certified Lover Boy album. However, he postponed the album back in January, and he has been continually having the heart re-shaved into his hairline ever since.
