Azealia Banks Wants Fans To Stop Mixing Her Music W/Beyonce’s Latest Single ‘Break My Soul’: They Are Horrible
Azealia Banks isn’t here for people mixing her music with Beyonce’s newest song!
As you may already know, Beyonce, 40, made headlines earlier this week after she dropped her first single, “Break My Soul,” from her highly-anticipated seventh studio album “Renaissance.” Since its release, the dance track has been a trending topic online as people around the world weigh in and share their opinions.
“Break My Soul” has also sparked a trending conversation centered around controversial hip-house artist Azealia Banks, 31. The New York native has also been trending as some music fans claim her style of music was an inspiration for Beyonce’s new song and Drake’s latest house album “Honestly, Nevermind.” One Twitter user wrote:
“Drake doing House .. Beyonce doing House .. Azealia Banks was really ahead of her time it seems”

Another added,
“Azealia Banks could teach Drake a thing or two about Rapping and Singing on a House Beat.”

In addition to sharing their opinions online, it seems like some fans of Azealia Banks have taken things a step further and mixed her music with Beyonce’s new song. However, Banks isn’t here for the mashups! She recently took to her IG stories and wrote:
“Please for the love of God. Stop The Break My Soul AB Mashups. They are horrible.”

Despite what Banks had to say, it seems like some house fans are here for the mashup.
