Trina’s 17-Year-Old Niece Fatally Shot In Miami

A shooting in south Florida has left one person dead and others hospitalized.

According to reports, a shooting took place at a Miami apartment complex early Wednesday morning (July 20) around midnight.

According to Miami Police, officers arrived at the scene to find a 17-year-old female who had been fatally shot. Witnesses say the teenage victim is the niece of well-known rapper Trina. Her name has yet to be released but her family did share with local news that they call her “Sugar.”

Reportedly, two other victims who had been shot were taken to the local hospital. Their conditions have not yet been released. The motive behind the shooting remains under investigation.

Trina has yet to speak about the unfortunate situation.
