Rick Ross Is Shocked At How Low Joe Budden Ranks Him On “Best Rapper Of All Time” List [VIDEO]
Joe Budden stays unbiased in a recent clip from a conversation with Rick Ross.

Joe Budden brought up the topic of a friend’s “greatest rapper of all-time” list during an interview with rapper, Rick Ross, and quickly got honest about his opinion on where he should have ranked.
Budden said:
“My good friend has you ranked as like, the 13th best rapper of all time.”
Rick Ross looked puzzled as he replied, “13th?”
Joe Budden then assured him of the answer, then Ross posed a new question:
“You agree with the 13th?”
Budden said “no,” to which Ross asked:
“You was arguing my spot closer to one, right?”

Joe Budden then burst into laughter, adding another two cents while continuing to laugh in Rick Ross’ face.
“No, not closer to one – no.”
Ross simply said “aw man” and nothing else, adding a layer of awkward silence at the end of the clip.
