Today (Nov. 15) Jada Pinkett Smith appeared on the ‘Breakfast Club’ and addressed the “ridiculous” rumors about her husband Will Smith and Duane Martin. As we recently reported, a man who goes by the name Brother Bilaal shared with blogger Tasha K allegations that he once walked in on Will having sex with fellow actor Duane. After the interview made its rounds on the internet, a rep for Will released a statement denying the salacious moment and said the actor was considering taking legal action.

Welp, it looks like Will followed through and got his legal team on the line! Jada said during her radio interview,

“It’s ridiculous, right? And it’s nonsense. And this is a person that tried a shake-down, a money shake-down that didn’t work [and] we’re going to take legal action. Because it’s one thing to have your opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories.” 

Then, while entering a vehicle seemingly after her “Breakfast Club” appearance, the actress replied to paparazzi asking how her family plans to respond to Brother Bilaal’s allegations and said,

“We sue’n!”

Original Story: (Nov. 15, 2023): Actor Will Smith was recently accused of (once) having sex with his co-star Duane Martin.

Reportedly, his alleged former assistant detailed the claim while visiting Tasha K’s talk series on Tuesday (November 14th), though his rep says the story is far from the truth.

Apparently, a man who goes by the name Brother Bilaal shared with the YouTuber an incident where he allegedly walked in on Will Smith, 55, and Duane Martin, 58, being sexually intimate. Brother Bilaal reportedly claimed he was the “King Richard” star’s assistant and close friend back in the day. According to him, he witnessed the two engaged in the act after entering Martin’s dressing room looking for Smith, as the production team was searching for him. He stated on the show:

“I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will,”

He added:

“There was a couch and Will was bent over the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him. It was murder in there.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Bilaal also compared Smith’s genitals to a “pinky toe,” and claimed that he was always seeking validation, leading to his marriage with fellow actor Jada Pinkett Smith, whom he allegedly could never sexually satisfy. While Bilaal does appear in videos with several celebrities on social media, including a video with the Oscar winner, the exact nature of his relationship with the Smiths is unclear. One report notes that he stated in an interview back in October that Jada considers her husband of nearly 26 years to be a “sucker.”

As we’ve been covering, Will and Jada’s relationship has certainly been a hot topic in the media over the past few years. From the “entanglement” drama to the Oscar debacle, the powerhouse couple hasn’t seemed to be able to protect their love life from online scrutiny. More recently, the “Matrix” star shook things up even more by revealing that they’ve been separated since 2016. In a subsequent interview, however, she clarified the two are working to mend their marriage.

At this time, it doesn’t appear anyone from Martin’s camp has responded to the rumors. However, a rep for Smith released a statement slamming Bilaal’s allegations, reportedly stating:

“This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false.”

An inside source close to Smith reportedly stated that the entertainer is considering taking legal action over the “fabricated” story. Smith has not spoken publicly about the accusation at this time.
