T.I. & Tiny Respond To New Lawsuit From Woman Who Previously Attempted To Sue Them For Sexual Assault: ‘For Three Years We Have Maintained Our Innocence’

Musical couple T.I. and Tiny are yet again denying a woman’s claims that they sexually abused her.

According to recent reports, the married pair continues to maintain their innocence against a woman who already tried to sue them for sexual battery.

If you recall, a woman who is going by Jane Doe, pursued legal action against T.I., 43, and Tiny, 48, in 2021. She alleges that back in 2005 she and a friend were approached by one of the couple’s employees, a man named Caviar, while attending a party hosted by Coolio. Though the celebs never made an appearance at the event, Caviar reportedly invited them to the nightclub where Clifford ‘T.I.” Harris and Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris would be attending later in the evening. True to his word, Jane Doe says she and the friend went to the club and spent the night in the married couple’s VIP section until the “Live Your Life” artist was ready to leave.

The plaintiff says she and her friend were invited back to their hotel after, though they had to leave separately. She says she was asked by T.I. to ride with the musicians while the friend rode with Caviar. Allegedly, two other women she didn’t know got in the same vehicle with T.I. and Tiny, and they all made it to the hotel. Jane Doe says the other women were eventually kicked out by the Xscape singer, however, due to one of them flirting too hard with the rap star. Eventually, the plaintiff says she ended up alone with them in the hotel room.

Tiny then allegedly took the plaintiff to the bathroom and undressed them both before a nude T.I. joined and they all showered together. Jane Doe says she soon got dizzy and was instructed to lie down by T.I., who soon after came to the area and began watching porn. The plaintiff says she was then given massage oil and instructed to rub him down before Tiny reappeared and began grinding her naked body on the plaintiff’s. She says the rapper then penetrated her vagina with his toe before she said no and pushed him away. Allegedly, T.I. then went to get a condom. As he was doing so, Jane Doe says she ran to the bathroom sick before passing out.

The next day, she said she awoke to a security guard kicking her out. Jane Doe claims her “vagina was in serious pain” and was “itching” and “burning.” In her new suit, she is reportedly once again suing for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment. At the time of her first lawsuit, a judge ruled that the case was beyond the statute of limitations and that neither T.I. nor Tiny would face any charges. However, Jane Doe reportedly filed again under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act. As we previously covered, the law opened a year-long window allowing sexual assault victims to pursue civil cases against their alleged abusers past the statute of limitations. The bill is the same one that allowed entertainer Paula Abdul to file suit against her colleague Nigel Lythgoe for allegedly sexually assaulting her.

According to T.I. and Tiny’s lawyers, however, Jane Doe’s claims are not only false, but she allegedly missed the deadline to file which was December 31st. It is unclear whether or not the case will make it to court at this time. In light of the new suit, reportedly, the couple have also come forward with a statement of their own, writing:

“On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again.”

Adding:

“Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”
